LCH stands for Loving Carers Helpful. The name describes what families are looking for: kind, caring people, and practical help that makes daily life at home easier. LCH Care introduces carers; the care itself is agreed between you and the carer you choose.
What we do
LCH Care matches families across the UK with self-employed carers for hourly, live-in, overnight and respite care. We listen to what you need, check carers before introducing them, and send you profiles of suitable, available carers. You choose who you want, and you agree the care directly with your carer.
Availability depends on carers being available near you. Tell us where care is needed and we will let you know.
How we check carers
Before we introduce a carer, we check their identity, right to work in the UK, Enhanced DBS, two references, work history, and relevant training or qualifications. Carers also hold their own public liability insurance.
What we are, and what we are not
LCH Care is an introductory agency. We don't employ carers, and we don't manage or supervise the care they give. Because we have no ongoing role in the personal care, the Care Quality Commission does not require us to register.
